While I do not garauntee that your petition will be
approved, I do maintain a 100% approval rate on my K-1 fiance visas,
K-3 marriage visas, and I-130 petitions. Unlike many other attorneys

2002 when I petitioned for my own husband to enter the US on a K-1
visa. With my husband, I have personally been through the
entire process from the K-1 visa to naturalization. I understand
