100% Approval Rate
While I do not garauntee that your petition will be approved, I do maintain a 100% approval rate on my K-1 fiance visas, K-3 marriage visas, and I-130 petitions. Unlike many other attorneys with high approval rates, I take all cases, no matter how difficult and get results.

A sample of some of my cases:

Problem: Failure to meet the in person meeting requirement
Strategy: Documented the medical reasons for the failure to meet the requirement, showed that the fiance was unable to obtain a tourist visa to visit the US.
Result: Approval

Problem: Excludable due to overstayed student visa
Strategy: Carefully documented the relationship and explained the overstayed student visa.
Result: Approval

Problem: Failure to meet the minimum income requirements for the affidavit of support and no-cosponser available
Strategy: Documented the petitioner's new job, increased income, and job security.
Result: Approval
Option of Affordable Flat Fees or Hourly Rate and Payment Plans
I offer all of my clients an option of my affordable flat rates or my hourly fee of $250.00/Hour.  Flat rates can offer hundreds, even thousands of dollars in savings.

I offer a great payment plan option that allows you to put 50% down and pay the remaining balance over 4 months.

I accept visa and mastercard and personal checks.
All work is done by a licensed immigration attorney - not a paralegal
I personally complete your entire case from start to finish.  You will never be passed off to a paralegal or dumped on an associate who is unfamiliar with your case.

I have been successfully obtaining visas since 2002 when I petitioned for my own husband to enter the US on a K-1 visa.  With my husband, I have personally been through the entire process from the K-1 visa to naturalization.  I understand my clients and their cases on both a professional level and a personal level.  My marriage to a foreign fiance gives me a more intricate understanding of your case than many other attorneys who only understand the nuts and bolts of the law, not the emotional aspects of immigration.
Clients from across the country and the world
My virtual office lets me handle cases from clients throughout the United States and in every country in the world.  Unlike traditional offices, you never have to wait weeks to get an appointment.  We will correspond through email and phone appointments.  I return most calls and email within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and many within hours.  We can also make phone appointments and conference in your spouse/fiance for mock interviews and to answer any questions you may have.

I have worked with clients from:

Africa
Asia
Eastern and Western Europe
Central American
South America
Canada
Australia

I am well versed in the visa procedures at many of the major applications locations such as:

Russia
China
Philippines
