Fiance Visa or Marriage on a Tourist Visa
You cannot enter the US on a tourist visa with the intent to remain in the US. However, life happens and some people may end up marrying while their fiance is visiting. If the marriage occurs within the first 30-60 days after arrival on a tourist visa, there is a very strong presumption of visa fraud. After 90 days, the air of fraud still exists but is more easily overcome. If you have already married on a tourist visa, you should strongly consider seeking the help of a qualified marriage visa attorney.
